BUYSWAG accepts ONLINE and OFFLINE orders.
To order ONLINE, visit our artist's stores and use our shopping cart system to place items in your cart. At the end of your shopping, you can checkout via our Secure Server using Visa, MasterCard or American Express. You will receive an email confirmation of your order. A second email will be sent when your order is shipped, containing tracking information if applicable.
To order OFFLINE, shop through our store and place items in your cart. In the check out process, enter your shipping and billing addresses, select your shipping option, then select "Order by Mail/Fax." Print out a copy of the generated ORDER FORM and return it to us via:

* For quickest service, please use cashier's check or money order. Personal checks are acceptable for US orders, but must clear before your order is shipped.

To make a payment via PayPal, please use the "Order by Mail/Fax" option at checkout, then visit our Ordering page for further instructions.
We do not currently accept orders via phone.
Is online ordering safe?
When you enter your credit card number on our site, it is encrypted with Secure Socket Layer (SSL), the standard in online security. All your personal information is encrypted while it is transmitted over the Internet.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after they are placed. Please take this into account when requesting expedited shipping options. Estimated shipping times are shown on our shipping table, but are not guaranteed.
International Orders
To ship outside the United States, first select "Outside USA" at the top of the State dropdown box on the Billing and Shipping page, then you will be able to select your Country in the dropdown box. We do not currently ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Indonesia, Iraq, Malaysia, Singapore, or Yugoslavia. We ship all international orders via US Postal Service Global Priority. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred upon delivery.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase or it arrives damaged, you may return it to us within thirty (30) days from the original order date. We will gladly exchange your merchandise or refund your money under the following circumstances:
- Merchandise must be in original condition
- Clothing must be unworn and unwashed
We cannot accept return or exchanges for opened CDs, videos or DVDs unless there is a manufacturing defect.
If you need to return or exchange your merchandise, please include the following information with your return and send it to us via insured carrier to the address below:
- Original Sales Receipt
- Reason for Return
- Indicate whether you would like the item exchanged or your money refunded

Sales Tax
We only charge state sales tax for orders shipped within the state of Alabama, where our warehouse is located. We are required by the state of Alabama to charge 8% sales tax to items shipped within Alabama.
Preorders
When you "preorder" an item, it means you are ordering something before it is available. By reserving the item, you are guaranteed that we will ship it to you upon its release.
If you are also ordering an in-stock item, please be aware that all items will be held and shipped together upon release of the preordered item. If you wish to have the in-stock item shipped immediately, please place separate orders.
