return policy
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase or it arrives damaged, you may return it to us within thirty (30) days from the original order date. We will gladly exchange your merchandise or refund your money under the following circumstances:

• Merchandise must be in original condition
• T-Shirts must be unworn and unwashed

If you need to return or exchange your merchandise from BUYSWAG, please include the following information with your return and send it to us via insured carrier to the address below:

• Original Sales Receipt
• Reason for Return
• Indicate whether you would like the item exchanged or your money refunded

We only charge state sales tax for orders shipped within the state of Alabama, where our processing warehouse is located. We are required by the state of Alabama to charge 8% sales tax to items shipped within Alabama.
